It groups reports with the same hardware and location, then calculates observed queue and milestone ranges. These are community observations, not Valve forecasts.
Full methodologyIt covers official Valve reservation windows plus reservation, invite, purchase, shipping, and delivery milestones reported by the community. The tracker is independent of Valve.
No account or email is required. Optional prelaunch email choices are separate: reminders privately link your email to your report; newsletter-only signup does not. Neither service sends emails yet. Unactivated email signups expire after 90 days and are removed from our active database during the next scheduled daily cleanup. Keep the withdrawal link or contact admin@steamhardware.io. Public reports never show your email.
Save the private update link shown after submission. It lets you revise that report later, but the site cannot recover a lost link.
