What to send

For a correction, include the page or report link, what seems wrong, and the strongest source you have. Official Valve, Steam, and Steamworks material carries the most weight for launch dates, prices, specifications, availability, and compatibility.

How corrections are handled

We correct claims that are wrong, outdated, or unsupported. We also correct a source or confidence label when it changes how a claim should be read. Small copy edits that do not change the meaning may be made without a correction note.

Tracker problems

Use the private update link created with your report whenever possible. We cannot recover a lost private update link because the tracker does not collect the account or contact details needed to verify it.

Do not email Steam credentials, Steam IDs, usernames, order or reservation numbers, payment details, shipping addresses or ZIP codes, tracking numbers, screenshots, or documents. The Privacy page explains what tracker reports are designed to contain.

The site has no signup forms, newsletters, user accounts, preorder alerts, or site-run waitlists. If you email us, we use the message only for the reason you sent it.
