How are tracker results calculated?
It groups reports with the same hardware and location, then calculates observed queue and milestone ranges. These are community observations, not Valve forecasts.
Full methodologyWhich milestones does the tracker cover?
It covers official Valve reservation windows plus reservation, invite, purchase, shipping, and delivery milestones reported by the community. The tracker is independent of Valve.
Is a tracker report anonymous?
Yes. Share only milestone dates, optional times, and a broad location. Do not submit credentials, account or order details, tracking numbers, addresses, screenshots, or other personal information.
How do I update my report?
Save the private update link shown after submission. It lets you revise that report later, but the site cannot recover a lost link.
