RPG Site tested patch 7.5 on Steam Deck LCD and OLED at 1280x800 using the Laptop (High) preset, 100% 3D scaling, dynamic frame rate, and 16x anisotropic filtering. The LCD target is 40 FPS; busy cities can fall into the low 30s while dungeons can reach the mid-50s to 60 FPS.

TouchArcade tested the Dawntrail graphics update for about 24 hours on Steam Deck OLED at 800p with GE-Proton 9-9, a custom preset, dynamic resolution, and a 45 FPS target. It reported 30-45 FPS overall, city drops into the 30s, and a sub-30 FPS stress-test result.
