Summary

Slay the Spire 2 returned to No. 1 in Valve's August 30 Steam Deck snapshot, while Fields of Mistria climbed 41 places to No. 3. The ranking is a rolling last-30-days view, not a finalized calendar-month report.

Slay the Spire 2 returned to No. 1 in Valve's latest Steam Deck chart, Palworld slipped to second, and Fields of Mistria jumped from No. 44 to No. 3.

Valve's live Steam Deck Top Played chart covered August 1–30 when accessed on August 30. It is a rolling 30-day snapshot, so the dates and order can still move.

The biggest changes

Fields of Mistria's 41-place climb followed its 1.0 release on August 5. The timing is notable, but Valve's ranking does not explain why players returned.

Slay the Spire 2 rose one place, moving ahead of July leader Palworld.

Five other games climbed at least 24 places: PEAK reached No. 9, Project Zomboid No. 12, KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX No. 18, Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered No. 21, and HELLDIVERS 2 No. 24.

Big Walk was the only top-25 entry without a prior rank, debuting at No. 23. Cult of the Lamb rose eight places to No. 25.

DELTARUNE, Diablo IV, and Forza Horizon 6 moved the other way, falling from Nos. 14, 19, and 17 to Nos. 46, 51, and 31. The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Stardew Valley, Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Balatro, and Brotato stayed in the top 10.
