What does the Steam hardware tracker show?
The community tracker shows anonymous reports for Steam Controller reservations, Steam Deck OLED purchases, and Steam hardware purchase, shipping, and delivery milestones. It is independent and not affiliated with Valve.
Is submitting a tracker report anonymous?
Yes. Reports store milestone dates, optional times, broad country or region, and an edit-token hash. Anonymous reports only; do not enter Steam account details, passwords, usernames, emails, order numbers, tracking numbers, addresses, ZIP codes, screenshots, or personal information.
How is queue movement estimated?
Queue timing uses reservation dates or times from reports that later received an invite or completed purchase. Date-only reports can help broader evidence, while precise frontier movement uses timed reports with progress.
When have Steam Controller order invites typically gone out?
Use the Invites edge to see community-reported invite activity by date, including the day of week, first invite seen, invite report count, and delivery count.
How do I get my reservation time?
A community walkthrough explains how to check the Steam Controller store page's GetHardwareItems network response for the reserved_at timestamp. Use only tools you trust, and do not share usernames, order numbers, account data, screenshots, or raw store responses with the tracker.
Can I update a report later?
Yes. After submitting, the site gives a private update link once. That link can add later invite, purchase, shipping, or delivery milestones without exposing the edit token publicly.
Can Steam Deck OLED purchases be tracked without reservations?
Yes. Steam Deck OLED reports can track purchase, shipping, and delivery dates even when there is no reservation step.
